Our quest to help the community
Our Backstory
Shortly after the pandemic my wife and I wanted to help support the community while doing something we love, baking and playing games. We decided to start selling baked goods and breads with a Dungeons and Dragons and gaming theme. We also wanted to make sure that our company did something good for others so we decided that our bakery would be a non-profit and all proceeds would go to help Children’s of AL. Children’s of AL is a not-for-profit hospital helping provide medical care to Alabama children and support for their parents in times of need. Each year we attend the Lowe Mill outdoor market on Saturdays from May-Oct from 11am to 4pm. During that time, we have met so many wonderful people who have helped us donate to the charity, and we will be forever thankful. After our first year we started selling dice, accessories, and other items and incorporating a gaming for good ideal. We do free dice giveaways, trivia, and even some secret quests that haven’t yet been discovered. We also expanded our baked goods to include Vegan and Gluten free items which we call mimics and reached out to other local businesses to help raise awareness for the charity. This will be our 3rd year at the Lowe Mill outdoor market and we are looking to match last year’s donation of $5K to help out those who need it most. We would not be able to do this without wonderful customers along with the kindness of the community. We have been blessed to see the great works that our community can perform when they come together and we wanted to express our greatest gratitude towards all of you. You humble us with your generosity and show the world the power of good and community.
Can you see this? Yes yes, you can see this. You are not a simple as that Bard. Yes he trapped me here but it wasn’t because he is smart; he tricked me by luring me into this giant slime. Then he had the nerve to use it in his picture. It is keeping me from regenerating you see. I am immortal as long as I can get to my spirit jar filled with souls. Perhaps you can help me, yes. Perhaps you can save me from this torment before I waste away. First you must find my phylactery. But I can’t trust you unless I know you are smart enough to get my help. Follow me here, the dumb Bard doesn’t know I am in his systems, tell me what I am here and you will get your next instructions: https://www.bardmagetiefling.org/whatami
